Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast‑paced clinic, located at St Albans – Future Medical Imaging Group (FMIG) in a full‑time capacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
You will have:
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Preference for Vietnamese speaking
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
- Drivers licence and a car
