Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast‑paced clinic located at Malvern. The role will also require rotation through our Balaclava and Elsternwick clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
  • Front‑of‑house reception and greeting patients upon arrival
  • Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
  • Issuing patient invoices and receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
  • Entering and updating patient registration details
  • Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
