The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Role Purpose: Responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects for various Rolls -Royce sites. You will ensure that projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls Royces standards in regards to safety, quality and programme, whilst complying as a Principle Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls Royce standards. You will be qualified in a related trade e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc. What you will be doing Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery team, promote behavioural safety improvements and carry out regular site manager safety audits reporting findings to the management / safety team. Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the project. Delivering projects to programme as set by the senior management team. Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance. Promote, develop and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company’s reputation at site level. Support where required the mandatory reporting of KPI’s, Good Catches/Near Misses (GC/NM), accidents and incidents are carried out as per Integral and Rolls Royce procedures.
