We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Worker to join our team.

We are seeking Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care to People We Support with complex health needs and those who need social support or community access.

About the

Role: As a member of one of our care teams, you will support young boys and girls with ASD and ADHD in the family home, with the expectation that once familiar with the young people, the aim will be to support them out in the local area and surrounding parks.

Current shift pattern: Day Shifts - 5 to 17 hours per week depending on your flexibility.

Shifts can be any day of the week between Monday and Sunday.

Start and finish times can also be flexible.

Additional hours are available during non-term time.

Due to the support being provided which includes personal care – we can only accept applications from female carers/support workers.

Your role is to provide safe, high quality, and compassionate care.
