b Overview /b p In this Sr. Solutions Architect role, you will lead and optimize client engagements for Publica’s CTV/OTT advertising platform within the Publisher Operations team. You’ll bridge technical delivery and customer success, deep-dive into data, and translate client needs into scalable platform solutions. You help grow account value by driving adoption, feedback loops to product/engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. The position combines hands-on technical work with high-touch client interaction at an enterprise level and sits at the core of Publica’s mission to monetize video across connected devices. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Oversee customer service delivery for CTV/OTT solutions and act as a product expert for clients /li li Engage with customers regularly, perform data analyses, and respond to inquiries /li li Funnel client feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements /li li Support end-to-end enterprise deployments from pre-sales to post-sales and implementation /li li Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and resolve complex issues /li li Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency to scale customer success /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years of ad tech experience with a track record of excellent customer service /li li Strong knowledge of video ad serving, OpenRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising /li li Experience handling high-touch, technically complex enterprise clients across pre-sales to post-sales /li li Exposure to ad tech UIs (ad servers, SSPs, DSPs) /li li Experience with object-oriented programming, tool development, and automation /li li Ability to analyze large data sets and present insights using MySQL and Amazon Athena /li li Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of simplifying complex concepts /li li History of driving projects forward and driving internal/external improvements /li /ul ul li Customer-facing communication /li li Problem solving /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li OpenRTB /li li SSAI /li li Header bidding /li /ul
