Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our Finance team. The Senior Customer Experience Associate will own end‑to‑end solutions to address issues raised by clients while maintaining and servicing those relationships at the highest level, bringing enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a team‑player mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
  • Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
  • Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
  • Problem solving and dealing with client and data issues
  • Liaise with internal teams to seek answers, understand the issue, and work towards resolution
  • Support multi‑regions and teams/stakeholders
  • Participate in team and/or 1:1 meetings, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
  • Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies
  • Extensive Salesforce experience
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Knowledge of order‑to‑cash process, analysis and reporting
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills are essential
