Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations Team for Northern Europe. In this high‑profile role you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our integrated clients, including end‑users of our platforms. As a TAM you will address internal and external questions and issues, troubleshoot technical problems quickly, provide solutions, and launch escalations to tier‑2 support or product teams when appropriate. You will work closely with all departments—Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, and others—to provide in‑depth updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective. You will also deliver high‑touch consultative technical services and solutions to our most premium clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical point of contact and troubleshoot or resolve technical issues for clients daily.
- Escalate issues to tier‑2 support or product teams only when necessary.
- Provide in‑depth technology updates and insights to cross‑functional teams.
- Deliver high‑touch consultative technical services and solutions to premium clients.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and other departments to ensure client success.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a technical account, relationship management, or client‑facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis.
- Experience with web traffic analysis tools, ad‑serving tags, APIs, and SDKs.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms—including integration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with 3rd‑party advertising technology companies, publishers, and publisher ad servers.
- Deep understanding of the ad‑tech ecosystem and its players.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage time and multiple competing priorities.
- Fluency in English.
