Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Associate to join our Finance team and own end‑to‑end solutions to address and resolve client issues while maintaining and servicing those relationships at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts and provide strong support for client needs.
- Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce.
- Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems.
- Problem‑solve and handle client and data issues, liaising with internal teams to seek answers and drive resolution.
- Support multiple regions, teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in team and/or one‑to‑one meetings, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Extensive Salesforce experience.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Knowledge of order‑to‑cash process, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent English and German language skills are essential.
