The Senior Customer Experience Associate will own end‑to‑end solutions to address issues raised by clients while maintaining and servicing those relationships at the highest level. Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
- Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
- Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
- Problem‑solve and handle client and data issues
- Liaise with internal teams to seek answers, understand the issue, and work toward resolution
- Provide support across multi‑regions and teams/stakeholders
- Participate in team and/or 1:1 meetings, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
- Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies
- Extensive Salesforce experience
- Excellent client service skills
- Knowledge of order‑to‑cash process, analysis, and reporting
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent English and French language skills are essential
