Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Pricing & Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Pricing team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you! As a Global Pricing & Revenue Operations Manager you will help mold the future of our deals and be the main point of contact for our Sales & Business Development teams during ongoing negotiations. You will take a lead role in collaboration with the Agency Development team in developing our agency relationships, working to structure, review and monitor agency trading and value exchange deals. The ideal candidate has the ability to work across multiple departments such as Sales, Business Development, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance, with a strong desire to design world-class deals to grow revenue. You will be able to work independently and proactively, seeking out areas for improvement and present plans for revenue growth and process improvement. What you’ll do: Partner with the agency development team to holistically grow our agency business and establish partnerships with these agencies, through contractual rate cards and value exchange agreements. You will assist in the structure of these deals, as well as reviewing the profitability thereof. Develop and implement end-to-end deal training/best practices across all sales and customer success organizations. Define guidelines, best practices and implement “deal room” tools and process. Review all standard contracts submitted by sales. Collaborate with sales in creation of all custom (non-standard) contracts. Provide pre-sales internal support and guidance on contract matters to sales and services. Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation. Work with the Customer Success team to structure renewals on existing contracts in a manner that optimizes revenue. Ensure that signed agreements are communicated to all relevant parties to provide visibility to contractual obligations. Maintain records of approvals and pertinent information concerning exception approvals. Share best practices and provide training for Sales team, peers, and partners to enhance the quality and efficiency of contracting processes and contribute to the company’s knowledge base. Support Sales team by identifying profit improvement opportunities during deal negotiations. Identify areas of opportunity while structuring new deals and collaborating on pricing strategy across all regions. Assist the VP & Director of Global Pricing in running Deal Desk, particularly for EMEA & APAC markets. Assist the VP & Director of Global Pricing in delivering ad hoc reporting and projects. Who you are and what you have: Minimum of 5+ years of digital/ad tech experience in deal evaluation/structuring/negotiation, preferably in a global organization working on multi-million dollar deals. Advanced Excel skills required; working with large data sets in applications such as Excel. Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities. A knack for creating scalable structure in fast-moving environment.
