Integra Education are currently hiring for teaching assistants in the Lowton area to support pupils in secondary school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing assistance to students in both individual and group settings.
Key Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and student supervision.
- Provide support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Offer one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Hold relevant qualifications (Level 3 TA / CACHE Level 3) - desirable.
- Previous teaching assistant experience.
- Be flexible and patient.
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team.
