Role Summary
- Responsible for end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery of editorial projects onshore and offshore.
- Lead and manage editorial freelancers and partners to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Integra Project Managers and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output.
- Drive client engagement and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
Project Management
- Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of editorial projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Assign editorial work to freelancers based on project needs and their expertise, optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, conduct quality assurance reviews, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
- Provide comprehensive weekly status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications related to project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Participate in client calls and face-to-face meetings as required to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
