The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsible for the development and management of onshore editorial freelancers, and editorial partners. Supports the freelance management process by sourcing, evaluating, certifying the freelancers and allocating work based on project requirements. Interact with Integra Project Managers, meet the editorial timelines as per client schedule. Shared accountability for the seamless integration of the editorial work done onshore with the Integra delivery teams offshore.

The role involves the following activities:

Managing projects

  • Supports the project managers for editorial requirements
  • Evaluates the manuscripts and assign appropriate freelancer based on project needs and freelancer’s academic background
  • Perform sample QA for all the copyediting samples and share the feedbacks with the freelancers
  • Reviews performance and is responsible for the quality of the copyediting output
  • Works closely with the India production, and ensure customer satisfaction for all the editorial requirements
  • Provides weekly status reports on editorial status of projects

Resourcing

  • Responsible for the development and management of editorial freelancer database, and content partners
  • Evaluates performance of freelancers and editorial partners to ensure continuous improvement and first time acceptance of copyediting sample files.
  • Builds solid relationship with the clients
  • To be available for calls and face to face meetings with the client based on business needs
