About the role

As our Care Assistant (Nights), you will provide personal care to residents, supporting with bathing, eating, bathroom visits, and mobility. Your warm, caring nature will help build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their likes, dislikes, and needs. Key responsibilities include following electronic care plans, administering medication accurately, monitoring residents’ well-being, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
