The role requires strong knowledge of collections processes in the insurance market and experience with billing platforms such as ECF.

Key responsibilities include following up overdue invoices, managing aviation debtors, using ECF/Legal X for fee collections, resolving queries with underwriters or brokers, and planning monthly strategies to hit DSO targets.
