We are seeking a highly organised, client focused professional with a strong project management background to join the Integra Risk Services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growing, delivery-driven environment and has a proven ability to manage projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The role plays a key part in coordinating and delivering risk engineering programmes for global insurance clients. You will act as a central point of contact, working closely with clients, risk engineers, insurers, insurance brokers, and third-party providers to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of risk engineering programmes for construction project insurance risks
- Assist with the review of technical documentation, project schedule and cost plans, and contractual and policy information
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery against client expectations
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks or delays
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring clear, proactive communication throughout project lifecycles
- Support the development and delivery of client proposals, presentations and reports
- Review technical, contractual, and financial documentation
- Coordinate global risk engineering surveys and third-party providers
- Manage survey outputs and facilitate agreement on recommendations across all stakeholders
- Support the development of risk summaries and Probable Maximum Loss (PML) assessments
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial tracking throughout project lifecycles
- Create and manage tender process for third parties
- Support the preparation of proposals for Integra’s loss adjusting operation; including contribution to case studies and supporting data
- Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting systems
- Produce clear, concise progress reports and client updates
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal platforms
- Support the creation of technical presentations, case studies and publications
- Contribute to events and networking activity
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts
- Maintain comprehensive database of key market specialists
