We’re delighted to be partnering with an international advertising and marketing agency based in Manchester city centre, who are looking to add a Part-Qualified Management Accountant or qualified by experience finance professional to their high-performing business. This is an exciting opportunity to support all of the financial operations, and work closely with the senior leadership and operations teams to advise on day-to-day finance matters.
Salary: £35,000
About the role: As a Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of all areas of finance, including month-end reporting, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and management reporting. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Reconcile management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Handle accruals and prepayments accurately
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Issue client invoices and ensure timely follow-up on payments
- Process payroll and manage pension contributions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and HMRC regulations
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in an all round finance role.
- Proven management accounts or month end reporting skills.
- Strong Excel and ERP knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
