Business Description: Project Manager

We are creating the tools to convert a resistant Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry into a smart and efficient machine.

For those motivated to play a part in that change, this is an exciting time.

In short, we take the most complicated parts of a hospital – headwalls, surgery ceilings, MEP racks, Central Energy Plants, exam rooms, bathrooms, etc. - designs them so that they can be removed from conventional construction, manufactures them as modules, transports and inserts them into the construction process to yield higher quality buildings that open significantly faster than those conventionally constructed.

We are both service and product that includes architecture, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and construction.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to oversee the management and successful execution of various construction projects.

In this critical role, you will ensure each project progresses on schedule, stays within budget, and meets all quality standards by coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects in dynamic construction environments and be comfortable with regular travel to construction sites for site evaluations, installation oversight, and ensuring on-site activities run smoothly.

Your ability to manage resources, timelines, and relationships will be key to delivering successful projects, while proactively addressing challenges, collaborating with team members, and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and track project milestones, ensuring timely completion of each phase while adjusting schedules as needed to meet project goals.
  • Participate in weekly/bi-weekly project meetings to stay informed about the challenges, opportunities, and shifts in the project scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with general contractor partners to ensure proper project initiation, resource allocation, and coordination of efforts.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of field kits and materials required for successful project installations.
  • Travel to project sites to assess readiness for installation, confirming that all site conditions and requirements are met prior to installation.
  • Define project scope, procure necessary resources, and manage the turn-key installation process, ensuring smooth coordination between all involved parties.
  • Oversee installation activities, including delivery, installation oversight, punch list creation, and turnover of completed work.
  • Handle purchase orders (PO’s) and review and approve related invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing for project materials and services.
  • Manage job cost reporting, tracking project expenditures, and forecasting future financial needs for accurate budgeting and cost management.
  • Ensure that punch list items are completed, all remaining tasks are finalized and assist in project closeout activities.
  • Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with turn-key installations and field operations.
  • Proven experience in construction project management or related fields.
  • Previous on-site construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and proficient in project management software (e. g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
