Integra Space is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing builders work contractor, based in Central London. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years working experience and assist in providing valuations, managing project budget and ensuring the financial success of live projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Support the Senior Management in preparing and managing project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and financial reports.
- Assist with contract administration and document management.
Education: A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or studying towards one of these qualifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional (2 years+ experience) to develop their skills and grow within our organisation and to fast track their career with high level mentoring from the Senior Management Team.
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: £35,000-£50,000 per year depending on experience
