The Role: Assisting the team with:
- Investigating, analysing, drawing up, implementing and project managing the risk engineering program for construction project insurance risks.
- Investigating, drawing up and delivering Loss Adjuster Proposals for Annually Renewable Programmes and Project Risks and once secured the delivery of the Loss Adjustment Offering.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the Review of technical documentation.
- Project schedule and cost documentation.
- Contract and Policy interpretation.
- Prepare risk summary and work with engineers to source probable maximum loss assessments.
- Develop risk engineering programmes for insured clients taking into consideration the needs of all stakeholders.
- Create and manage tender process for third parties.
- Arrange individual risk engineering surveys and coordinate and manage the execution of surveys on a global basis.
- Manage survey recommendations to mutual agreeable conclusion.
- Assist with the collection, publishing and review of progress reports.
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Maintain all risk management team tracking systems.
- Manage risk engineering budget.
- Grow technical competency on Engineering Topics, Wordings, Broking, Underwriting and Claims.
- Identify and liaise with suitable conference organisers.
- Assist with creating technical presentations – case specific and external knowledge sharing.
- Contribute towards a technical article within ‘integrated’, Integra’s bi-annual magazine.
- Create and maintain comprehensive database of key market specialists in insurance and broking for construction insurance and proactively find ways to interact with them.
- Proactively manage Linkedin account.
- Creation of Loss Adjusting Proposals.
- Data search for similar cases in our Loss Database.
- Identifying and liaising with the appropriate adjuster.
- Creation of case studies with the adjusters appropriate for the bid.
- Once secured: Capture required information from Slip and Wording.
- Create record on Mavenlink.
- Create Tell integra record.
- Assist with the creation of claims protocol.
- Diary management and arranging Loss Workshops.
- Assist with Integra’s ESG strategy delivery.
- Assist with developing Integra’s ability to assist with due diligence.
- Co-ordinating Integra Events, managing guest lists, tracking entertainment, recording follow up steps for each person.
