En INTEGRA RETAIL estamos creciendo, empresa líder en la venta de electrodomésticos, conformado por tiendas Carsa, El Gallo Mas Gallo,Carsa Motos y Marcimex, es tu oportunidad de pertenecer a una empresa importante en el Perú que cuenta con 100 tiendas a nivel nacional.
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de ASESORES DE VENTAS con altas expectativas, orientación a las metas, atención al cliente y con disponibilidad para trabajar en tienda y campo.
– Asesorar, recomendar y asegurar el cierre de ventas de nuestros productos a los clientes.
-Guiar al cliente en el proceso de compra, promocionando los beneficios de una compra con nuestro crédito directo.
– Dar recomendaciones de garantías, reparaciones y entregar el producto.
– Actualización constante en características y beneficios de productos.
– Realizar trabajo de campo y actividades para conseguir referidos y cartera de clientes.REQUISITOS:
– Experiencia mínimo de 6 meses en venta, de preferencia de electrodomésticos.
– Experiencia en Trabajo de campo (no indispensable).
– Disponibilidad de trabajar en horario comercial (apertura a cierre de tienda)
– Las mejores comisiones del mercado, premios y bonos por cumplimiento de objetivos.
– Ingreso directo a planilla con todos los beneficios de ley.
– Pago de comisiones de forma mensual.
– Capacitaciones constantes.
