We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our client in Warrington, WA1. This is a varied role combining administration, data management and customer service, supporting a large retail operation to run efficiently, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll play an important role in maintaining positive relationships with retail teams, volunteers and external contacts, providing a responsive and professional service across the organisation.
Job details:
- £17 per hour UMB - paid weekly
- 8AM - 4PM OR 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday
- Temp contract, however for the right person there is potential for it to be long term
Main duties:
- Working closely with the Retail Support Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure internal and external stakeholders receive timely and helpful responses by email and telephone.
- Gift Aid is an important source of income for the organisation, generating more than £2 million each year. You’ll be responsible for the accurate administration and compliance of Gift Aid processes across the retail estate, ensuring records are maintained correctly and requirements are consistently met.
- Operating and monitoring a new online platform that will enable prospective volunteers to apply more easily, while providing retail teams with a more streamlined and efficient way of managing applications.
