Cleaning Supervisor in Rochester

We are looking for an experiencedCleaning Supervisor to join one of our clients based in Rochester, ME3

Details:

• £17.40ph - paid weekly
• 5AM - 2PM / Monday to Friday
• Min of 7 weeks work

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the cleaning team on a daily basis.
• Prepare staff rotas and weekly payroll timesheets.
• Ensure all shifts are fully covered and completed to a high standard.
• Train new starters and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and company procedures.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals, and stock levels.
• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain professional standards, including PPE, uniforms, and equipment care.
• Provide hands‑on cleaning cover during staff absences when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Reliable, organised, and able to lead by example.
• Flexible approach with a willingness to support the team whenever required.
