Hours: Monday to Friday / 08:00 - 16:30

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced distribution environment. This is a hands-on role requiring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
  • Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas
  • Ensuring all loads are secure and handled correctly
  • Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

  • Valid and in-date RTITB or ITSSAR accredited Counterbalance licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar FLT role
  • Ability to work both day and afternoon shifts on a rotating basis
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
