About the Role
Are you a wizz with 3D printing? Integra Education is looking for a creative, patient and technically skilled person to support a pupil through a bespoke EOTAS (Education Other Than At School) package. Based on a farm setting, this role is all about turning imagination into reality. You will use 3D printing and CAD design as a tool to engage a young learner and spark creativity. If you want a rewarding, hands‑on role where you can truly see the impact of your mentorship, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Help a pupil with SEN needs to learn to design projects to print.
- Safely set up and facilitate the use of on‑site 3D printing equipment.
- Tailor tasks to the pupil's unique learning needs and interests.
- Build a trusting, positive relationship with the pupil.
What We're Looking For
- 3D Printing Expertise: Confident experience operating 3D printers and using Blender/CAD software.
- SEN Experience: A proven track record working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- The Right Attitude: Patient, empathetic and highly adaptable.
- Farm‑Ready: Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an outdoor, farm‑based educational environment.
- A background in engineering, design, or prior experience in EOTAS/alternative provision settings.
