This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for consistent, long-term work within the London area.
The Role:
- Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
- Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and specialist operatives.
- Managing concrete repair and structural repair works.
- Overseeing waterproofing and below-ground waterproofing systems.
- Managing concrete preparation, breakout, and repair works.
- Overseeing application of specialist repair mortars, coatings, and protection systems.
- Ensuring waterproofing systems are installed correctly and in accordance with project specifications.
- Monitoring quality, workmanship, and progress throughout the project.
- Ensuring works are delivered to programme and within agreed requirements.
- Liaising with clients, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Carrying out site inspections and maintaining accurate site records.
- Managing health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Black Card
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong concrete repairing and waterproofing background.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, civils or specialist repair.
