We are seeking to recruit a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner for our client based in Bradford, BD6.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: £16.45 per hour UMB, paid weekly
- Working Hours: 3:15PM - 6:30PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Contract Type: Temporary - holiday cover
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the school, including classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms and other frequently used areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and correctly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely, following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Ensure the school environment remains clean, hygienic and presentable.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS check with no information recorded against the Children's Barred List.
- DBS must be registered on the Update Service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
