Looking to step away from the pressures of the classroom while still making a genuine difference in education? We are currently seeking passionate Maths, English, and Science tutors across Wigan and the surrounding areas to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds. This role offers the opportunity to support students in a more personalised way — whether they need a confidence boost, additional academic support, or alternative provision due to SEN/SEMH needs.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs.
  • A good understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
  • The ability to adapt your teaching approach to engage individual students.
  • Previous teaching, tutoring or classroom experience.
