Three opportunities to lead and grow: SEND | Mainstream Education | Tuition
Build a division. Develop a team. Make an impact.
Let’s Educate is a specialist education recruitment and tuition provider. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are recruiting three experienced Recruitment Managers to take ownership of our SEND, Mainstream Education and Tuition divisions.
These are hands-on leadership roles for commercially driven recruiters who can win business, build lasting client partnerships and create high-performing teams - without ever compromising on safeguarding, quality or service.
Which opportunity is right for you?
SEND
Lead recruitment across special schools, SEND units, alternative provision and inclusive mainstream settings. You will build specialist talent pipelines and ensure thoughtful, needs-led candidate matching.
MAINSTREAM
Grow partnerships across primary, secondary, academies and trusts. You will lead temporary, long-term and permanent recruitment while driving strong fulfilment and service standards.
TUITION
Develop tuition partnerships with local authorities, schools, trusts and commissioners. You will oversee tutor recruitment and safe, effective face-to-face and online provision.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Owning your division’s growth plan, revenue, gross profit, margin, activity and performance.
- Leading from the front on new business development, client meetings, proposals and account growth.
- Recruiting, coaching and developing a capable, accountable recruitment and delivery team.
- Maintaining an engaged, work-ready candidate or tutor pipeline aligned to market demand.
- Overseeing recruitment delivery, CRM discipline, forecasting, service quality and escalated issues.
- Embedding robust safeguarding, safer recruitment and compliance standards across every placement.
- A successful recruitment background, ideally within education or a closely related market.
- A proven record of winning and growing business and achieving revenue and gross-profit targets.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing recruiters and improving performance.
- Strong commercial judgement, resilience, organisation and confidence with senior stakeholders.
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment - or the commitment and capability to develop this quickly.
- A values-led leader who will protect quality and child welfare even when working at pace.
