An established aluminium systems house specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of curtain walling systems is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support its pre-construction and tendering activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for façade and curtain walling projects, working closely with design, commercial and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for curtain walling and aluminium façade systems
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation to assess scope and risk
- Carry out material take-offs and labour pricing
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
