RATES: £13.59 per hour

LOCATION: St Helens (WA10)

JOB ROLE: Recycling Operative

SHIFTS: Monday to Friday

SHIFT TIMES: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Recycling Operative or in, waste management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

DUTIES:

  • Sort and separate glass by type, colour, and quality.
  • Operate recycling plant equipment, conveyors, crushers, and screening machinery.
  • Remove contaminants such as metals, plastics, paper, and non-recyclable materials.
  • Monitor machinery performance and report faults or maintenance requirements.
  • Keep work areas clean and free from hazards.
  • Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials using appropriate equipment.

APPLY NOW: Integra Resourcing are seeking a reliable and hardworking Recycling Operative. Experience would be advantageous but NOT essential. This would be working out of our client’s site in St Helens (WA10). Please not that you will be required to work two different shift patterns week 1 06:00/14:00 & week 2 14:00/22:00. Also, overtime available on weekends.
