- £17.40ph – paid weekly
- 5AM – 2PM / Monday to Friday
- Min of 7 weeks work
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the cleaning team on a daily basis.
- Prepare staff rotas and weekly payroll timesheets.
- Ensure all shifts are fully covered and completed to a high standard.
- Train new starters and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and company procedures.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals, and stock levels.
- Respond promptly to client requests and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain professional standards, including PPE, uniforms, and equipment care.
- Provide hands-on cleaning cover during staff absences when needed.
