Location: Llanberis & Ffestiniog
Duration: 6–7 weeks initially, with potential for further work

Rate: £25 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Permit Holder to oversee and carry out a range of maintenance and civils works across two sites - Llanberis & Ffestiniog.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role, combining site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and practical maintenance/civils of work.
- Dam painting and general maintenance
- Gully clearance and drainage works
- Duct installation
- Concrete base installation
- Path and vegetation clearance
- Trench reinstatement
- Manhole construction
- Wall repairs
- Drain installation and clearance
- General civils and maintenance works
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out hands-on maintenance and civils works
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard
- Coordinate daily activities with the existing site team
- Manage permits and comply with site procedures
- Monitor progress and identify any issues on site
- Maintain good communication with the site management team
- Ensure health & safety requirements are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card – essential
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar
- Experience within civils, construction, maintenance or infrastructure environments
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
- Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage works on site
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Reliable and able to work across both Dinorwig and Ffestiniog sites
- Good communication and organisational skills
