Integra Education is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and engaging Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on an EOTAS (Education Other Than At School) package in Leeds.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to a young person's educational journey by supporting them through a personalised learning pathway in an alternative provision setting.
About the Role
You will work closely with a pupil in a supportive learning environment, delivering tailored educational activities that meet their individual needs and help them achieve their full potential.
Working Pattern:
- Monday – Full Day
- Tuesday – Full Day
- Wednesday – Full Day
- Friday – Morning Only
Key Responsibilities
- Support with personalised learning activities
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
- Adapt learning approaches to suit individual needs
- Support the pupil's academic, social, and personal development
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with pupils in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
Desirable
- Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Experience working within alternative provision or EOTAS settings
