Integra Education is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and engaging Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on an EOTAS (Education Other Than At School) package in Leeds.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to a young person's educational journey by supporting them through a personalised learning pathway in an alternative provision setting.

About the Role

You will work closely with a pupil in a supportive learning environment, delivering tailored educational activities that meet their individual needs and help them achieve their full potential.

Working Pattern:

  • Monday – Full Day
  • Tuesday – Full Day
  • Wednesday – Full Day
  • Friday – Morning Only

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with personalised learning activities
  • Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
  • Adapt learning approaches to suit individual needs
  • Support the pupil's academic, social, and personal development
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment
  • Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working with pupils in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential

Desirable

  • Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Experience working within alternative provision or EOTAS settings
