We are currently seeking experienced English and Maths tutors to support local schools and authorities in Bolton. This is more than just teaching; it's about mentoring students who need a fresh start and a tailored approach to learning.

The Role

  • 1:1 Personalised Learning: Deliver engaging English and Maths sessions designed to close learning gaps.
  • Flexible Environments: Work within schools, family homes, or local community settings.
  • Confidence Building: Help students overcome barriers to education and prepare for their GCSEs.
  • Adaptable Approach: Create bespoke lesson plans that cater to individual SEN or emotional needs.

What We Offer

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: Previous 1:1 tuition or classroom teaching experience.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: A strong grasp of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Character: A calm, patient nature with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Safeguarding: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
