What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full 360° recruitment process within the SEND Education sector.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools, academies, local authorities and trusts to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Developing your desk strategically, identifying growth opportunities and driving business development.
- Supporting educators throughout their journey, ensuring a professional, people-first experience.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve targets, celebrate wins and drive shared success.
About You
- Experienced recruiter with a strong track record in billing and client development.
- Knowledge of the Education sector (SEND experience highly desirable).
- Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving licence & car (essential for client meetings).
Working Hours
Term Time: Mon-Thu 07:15-17:00 | Fri 07:15-16:00 Non-Term Time: Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00 Hybrid working available once established.
