Are you a recent graduate with aspirations to pursue a career in teaching or to work with children and young people? Integra Education are currently recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants on behalf of a mainstream secondary school in Northwich with opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

In this role, you will provide targeted support to students on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them to achieve both academically and pastorally while responding to their individual needs. You will work closely with class teachers and other school staff to deliver additional support where required. There may also be opportunities to lead catch-up and intervention sessions, particularly for candidates with strong subject knowledge in core areas such as Mathematics, English and the Sciences.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Hold a recent university degree (all degree disciplines will be considered)
  • Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Be based within a commutable distance of Northwich
  • Demonstrate a clear interest in working with children and young people
  • Have previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
  • Be willing to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Integra Education and the placement school
