Integra Education are recruiting dedicated Tutors to support young people in Blackburn & Darwin who are disengaged from mainstream education. With over 15 years’ experience, we provide tailored learning for pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, and those requiring alternative provision.
The Tutor Role
- Deliver 1:1 or small-group tuition in English, Maths, or your specialist subject
- Support pupils in schools, homes, or community settings
- Adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs
- Build consistent, long-term relationships and make a real impact
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Tutors or Primary/Secondary Teachers
- PGCE / QTS / PGDE desirable but not essential
- Confident teaching English and Maths (other subjects welcome)
- Strong understanding and planning ability in line with UK National Curriculum
- Patient, flexible, and able to work independently
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
