We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Associate Education Consultants, a role perfect for anyone starting their career in recruitment. No recruitment experience? No problem. Sales experience is a bonus, but all you need is drive, confidence, and the desire to grow. We’ll provide everything else with our own in-house, market-leading training, support and development team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mastering the full 360° recruitment process within the Education sector.
- Sourcing educators through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Building strong relationships with schools, academies, LA’s and trusts to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Supporting educators throughout their journey, ensuring a professional, people-focused experience.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve targets, celebrate wins and drive shared success.
About You:

- Confident building rapport and communicating at all levels.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence & car (essential for client meetings).
- Excited to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
Working Hours:
Term Time: Mon–Thu 07:15–17:00 | Fri 07:15–16:00
Non-Term Time: Mon–Fri 09:00–15:00
Hybrid working once trained up.
