Can you change a pupil’s life as a tutor? Integra Education supports Looked After Children (LAC), students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and those excluded from mainstream education. As a tutor, you will support learners working below age-related expectations, where previous experience as a tutor in these settings is highly valued. Due to increased demand, we are recruiting dedicated tutors across Blackburn & Darwin including surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a tutor seeking a long-term role providing consistency and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
The Tutor Role
- Work as a tutor delivering personalised tuition aligned with the national curriculum.
- Provide long-term support as a tutor to ensure pupil progress and consistency.
- Tutor English and Maths up to GCSE level.
What We’re Looking For
- UK-recognised teaching qualification or previous tutor experience.
- Essential SEND and/or SEMH experience for any tutor applying.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths and/or Science.
- Ability for a tutor to adapt lessons to individual pupil needs.
