Area Sales Manager – Roofing Materials & Accessories A field sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories, that include membranes, dry fix systems and ventilation solutions. You'll be account managing an established portfolio of national and independent merchants, whilst increasing awareness with the areas roofing contractors and local developers. Package: * £45k-£50k basic salary * £12k uncapped commission scheme (paid monthly) * With the top performers earning £1,500-£2k per month in commission * £7,000 car allowance, laptop, mobile and pension Territory: South East & South Central The Role – Area Sales Manager: * A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories * Promoting a comprehensive portfolio that includes breathable and non-breathable roofing membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and brick ventilation, and cavity products * You’ll be winning new and developing existing relationships with national and independent building and roofing merchants * Strengthening relationships and increasing product awareness through product training, trade days, toolbox talks and dual visits * Supporting your merchants by influencing of roofing contractors and developers, with all business back-sold through your account base The Successful Applicant – Area Sales Manager: * You will already have field sales experience from within or around the construction industry * Experience selling through merchants and distributors would be advantageous, but not essential * With a proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach, together with strong communication and relationship-building skills * A stable career history and desire to build a long-term career within construction sales would be advantageous Our Client: * A leading UK manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of roofing and construction products materials * Part of a much larger UK Group, investing significantly in manufacturing facilities, product development and future growth * A business committed to becoming the market leader through product innovation and exceptional customer service Apply Now!
