A field sales role promoting a specialist range of building insulation into an established portfolio of builder's merchants, construction distributors, regional house builders, local developers and contractors across Devon & Cornwall.

Package: £35k basic with a £12k+ uncapped OTE, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, BUPA healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop.

Territory: Devon and Cornwall

Products: Specialist building insulation for roofs, walls, lofts and floors

Customers: Builders merchants, construction distributors, regional house builders, local developers and contractors

The Successful Applicant:

  • Ideally you will have some business-to-business sales experience, this could be on the road or within an office or branch environment.
  • Applicants with construction experience will be readily received, but you could equally be coming from another business-to-business sector.
  • My client is looking for someone of graduate calibre that they can invest in, train and develop into the role.
  • You will be ambitious, driven and keen to learn. Wanting to carve out a field sales career within the construction industry.

The Role:

  • A trainee field sales role promoting a leading range of insulation products for the building sector.
  • Inheriting an established area you'll be account managing and developing the relationship with a portfolio of builder's merchants and specialist construction distributors.
  • Supporting and raising product awareness with your distributor accounts to increase commitment and sales across your area.
  • Creating demand and winning business with regional house builders, local developers and contractors.
  • All business back sold through your merchant and distributor network.
