Package: Circa 35k- 40k basic + 5k- 10k uncapped bonus + Car allowance + 25 Days holiday Territory: North West and Yorkshire The Role Area Sales Surveyor: * Following a thorough induction training programme, you ll be promoting a bespoke tapered insulation systems for commercial and industrial roofing projects * Field based tracking and winning new-build and refurbishment projects with roofing contractors and flat roofing manufacturers * Identifying project opportunities and carrying out site surveys, measurements and drawings * Working closely with an internal technical team who will produce the design and quotation for you to follow up and close * You ll typically complete 2 surveys a day with contractor and manufacturer sales appointments built around them * You ll be supported with incoming leads, an established prospect database and access to a wider group sales team to track projects from The Successful Applicant Area Sales Surveyor: * You will ideally have some sales experience from within the construction industry * This could be field sales experience, or equally from a sales office or branch environment * Yo...
