A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roofing materials into national house builders, regional developers, housing associations, roofing contractors and merchants.
Package: Circa £45k-£50k basic + £12k uncapped commission scheme, paid monthly (top performers earning £1,500-£2,000 per month) + £7k car allowance.
Territory: South Central - Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.
The Role:
- Promoting a leading range of roof tiles, pitched roofing fixings and accessories.
- Tracking and winning projects with house builders, developers and roofing contractors.
- Account managing and developing relationships with the area's building and roofing merchants.
- Inheriting an established territory with a strong portfolio of existing accounts to develop and grow.
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the region.
The Successful Applicant:
- You will already have field sales experience from within the construction industry and be looking to progress your sales career.
- You may already be working for a manufacturer, or could equally be with a merchant or distributor looking for a change.
- You will be comfortable developing existing relationships and identifying and winning new business.
- You will possess first-class presentation and communication skills and be looking for a career, not just a job.
