OEM Area Sales Manager:

  • Inheriting a portfolio of 30 OEM accounts from an internal promotion, with a structured handover and joint visits
  • Managing and developing long-term relationships to increase spend and account penetration
  • Identifying and winning new OEM customers across the sector
  • Providing both standard and bespoke design-led solutions for valves, controls and components
  • Working closely with technical teams and product managers to support the design and specification of systems including boilers, heat pumps, taps, showers and underfloor heating
  • A highly consultative role with real input into product development and customer solutions

The Successful Applicant:

  • Strong technical understanding of heating systems and associated components
  • Experience selling into OEMs or working in a technical sales role within a manufacturer
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage and grow key accounts
