A field sales role promoting an industry leading range of GRP building products into national and regional house builders. There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices, tracking and winning their new developments.
Package: Β£45k-Β£50k basic with a 10% bonus scheme, car or car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension and access to a group benefits app.
Location: Lancashire, Cumbria and the North East
Products: Canopies, Dormers, Chimneys, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds
Customers: National house builders and regional developers
The Role:
- Promoting my clients leading range of prefabricated GRP building products, that include canopies, dormers, chimney stacks, bay windows and door surrounds.
- There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.
- As well as tracking new developments from existing house builder accounts, you will be prospecting and winning new regional house builders to add to your portfolio.
- You will also spend a small proportion of your time developing relationships with the merchants, to encourage them to proactively promote your products to their customers.
- There are estimating, technical and customer service teams in place to support you.
The Successful Applicant:
- You will already have field sales experience from within the construction industry.
- Applicants who have sold into house builders or developers will be readily received, but it is not essential.
- You will be outgoing and confident, someone who naturally builds rapport, and gains trust and respect from their customers.
- With first class customer service and account development experience.
