A specification sales role creating demand and securing commercial and high-rise residential specifications for my client's leading range of exterior cladding and decorative facades.
Benefits:
- Excellent basic salary with a 15% bonus scheme

Territory: North West, North East and Yorkshire
The Role:
- A design led specification sales role, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions
- Inheriting an established and well performing area with a good project bank to account manage and work from
- Winning commercial projects with architects and main contractors across the private and public sector
- Tracking projects across education, healthcare, offices, hotel & leisure, shopping centres, high-rise residential and student accommodation
- Following your specifications through to the contractors and specialist installers, and fabricators / distribution partners
The Successful Applicant:
- You will be a field sales professional with a proven track record of specification sales
- Preferably your experience has been gained with the building envelope sector
- Although this is not essential and my client is open to specification backgrounds
- You will also have first class communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and target led approach to solution sales
