The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of heat pumps, plumbing and heating valves and controls, showers, taps and mixers, through an established network of national and independent plumber’s merchants.

Package: £44k basic with a £16k uncapped OTE, and £13k of this guaranteed for year one (Both commission and guarantee is paid monthly). Hybrid VW Tiguan, fuel card, laptop, mobile and pension.

Territory: East Midlands and Yorkshire

Products: Heat pumps, plumbing, heating and bathroom controls, taps, showers, mixers and valves

Customers: National and independent plumber’s merchants, bathroom showrooms, contractors and installers

The Role:

  • A field-based account management role, inheriting an established and well performing area.
  • Promoting my clients leading range of domestic & commercial heat pumps, valves, taps, showers, mixers and plumbing and heating controls.
  • Account managing and developing the relationship with a very well performing portfolio of national and independent plumbing merchants.
  • Strengthening relationships and working with your merchants to increase their product knowledge and commitment to the brand.
  • Looking after independent bathroom showrooms, and helping strengthen relationships with contractors and installers.

The Successful Applicant:

  • You will have field sales experience from within the plumbing or heating industry.
  • This will ideally have been gained from a manufacturer or distributor, selling into the merchant sector.
  • This though is not essential, and you could equally be working for a merchant looking to move across.
  • Either way you will be a strong account manager with first class communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to territory sales.
