A structured entry into field sales with a leading manufacturer, offering full training, an established customer base, and a clear path into a long-term career within the KBB and interiors sector.

Territory: South West – Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset & South Wiltshire

Package:

  • £32,500 basic rising to £34,000 after 3 months
  • £6,800 bonus (paid quarterly)
  • Company car, laptop & mobile

The Role:

  • A trainee field sales role with a full induction and structured training programme
  • Driving sales of a high-quality range of waterproof wall panels
  • Managing and developing relationships with national and independent building and plumbing merchants - both trade counters & showrooms
  • Inheriting an established area with existing accounts to increase sales from
  • Once settled into the role, you will also support your merchants in winning business with contractors and the social housing sector
  • Clear progression into a fully-fledged field sales role

The Successful Applicant:

  • Some experience within a sales or customer-facing role - merchant, showroom, retail or internal sales environment
  • Personable, outgoing and confident communicating at all levels
  • Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in field sales
  • Interest in the KBB, interiors or construction sector
