A specification lead field sales role, creating demand and securing commercial and high-rise residential specifications for my client's leading range of exterior cladding and decorative facades.
Package: Excellent basic salary with a 15% bonus scheme, £7,200 car allowance, 9% pension, Bupa healthcare and 26 days holiday.
Territory: North West, North East and Yorkshire.
Products: Decorative cladding / Architectural facades.
Customers: Architects, specifiers, high-rise developers, main contractors, cladding contractors and specialist distributors / fabricators.
The Role:
- An aesthetic design led specification sales role, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions.
- Inheriting an established and well performing area with a good project bank to account manage and work from.
- Tracking and winning commercial projects with architects across the private and public sector, often within education, healthcare, offices, hotel & leisure, shopping centres, high-rise residential and student accommodation.
- Managing and following the specification process through to securing it with the contractors and specialist installers, and passing across to your fabricators and distribution partners.
The Successful Applicant:
- A field sales professional with a proven track record of specification sales.
- Preferably your experience has been gained with the building envelope sector, although this is not essential, and my client will happily receive applicants from other design led specification backgrounds.
- You will also have first class communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and target led approach to solution sales.
